How It Works

The Reveos system is an easy-to-use integrated automated manufacturing system that processes blood components from units of whole blood.

The Reveos System Includes the Following Parts:

• Reveos Device – a fully automated system that processes up to four units of whole blood at once
• Advanced IT Solution – designed to manage the workflow of each device and provide reporting
• Reveos 3 Component Blood Bag Set – used for collection, processing, and leukoreduction
• Reveos Platelet Concentration Set – a disposable set for concentrating and leukoreducing platelets

Processing Procedure

The Reveos device and integrated processing set allow for consistent separation of blood into quality components. At the end of the procedure, all products are sealed. After the procedure is completed, data is stored, and products are unloaded for storage or further processing.

Smarter Platelet Concentrate

The Reveos system features an innovative Platelet Yield Index (PYI) that provides a prediction of the yield of platelets from the processed unit.

Software

The software helps the Reveos system achieve even more. The Reveos system is compatible with the Cadence® data collection system, which ensures automatic collection and transfer of run information from the Reveos system and provides valuable data for quick troubleshooting.
