Winged Infusion Set
Description
Our **Surflo™ winged infusion sets** (Scalp Vein or SV set) are designed for introducing fluids into the vascular system after venipuncture (for single or short-term intravenous delivery). They feature the best needle technology from Terumo, enabling smooth penetration of the skin. To ensure stability and a good grip during venipuncture, Surflo™ winged infusion sets are equipped with ISO color-coded wings. The wings are angled slightly (less than 3° relative to the cannula), which reduces pressure on the blood vessel during puncture. The flexible, kink-resistant tubing material ensures consistent flow. Surflo™ winged infusion sets from Terumo are DEHP-free and do not contain natural latex.
